Company Background:  45 Years of Experience

In 1962 the Company began with the formulation, manufacture and installation of non-slip, corrosion protective Navy ship-deck coatings. This led quickly to driving surfaces on steel bridges, then to concrete bridge driving surfaces and waterproofing, and subsequently on to general coatings for concrete surfaces.

The result:   Well over 15,000,000 m² worldwide thus installed by ROADCOAT!

What we deliver

Most technical and aesthetic designer and customer requirements can be fulfilled by standard, tried and tested ROADCOAT systems for which there are numerous long term references.

R&D to EN ISO 9001

For new designer and customer needs, we develop a system or, more likely, modify an existing one and have it tested by an independent testing laboratory. Existing, proven, functioning systems are only changed after extensive testing and trials.

The ROADCOAT 300 epoxy resin is the same as used in 1976 which took 9,600 passes with a 50t Leopard tank at 1.5 mm - it works, why change it?

Materials Manufacture to EN ISO 9001

With separate, independent quality control auditing. An Infrared spectrogram of every batch is available upon request.

Installation

All work is carried out using our own plant and with permanent staff with CSCS Waterproofing Operatives cards, average 8 years working for and with ROADCOAT.
